Building Better Bones is a guided 10 week program, three times per week, led by a specially trained instructor. The program includes low impact aerobics, strength training, plus a weekly educational component. An especially welcome aspect of the program for many people isolated by osteoporosis is the opportunity for social contact and community activity.
