Interaction with potential applicants is here with the introduction of the Canadian Forces National Recruiting Contact Centre (CFNRCC), acting as the central point for all customer contacts for information and application packages. Canada's massive landscaped demands more than static recruiting centres and the recruitment has responded with mobile recruiting centres - able to operate beyond the bounds of current locations into more remote regions. Testing and screening needs to adapt to be more technologically based, for example, taking the guess work out of determining civilian skill sets, prior learning and prior service.
