Le retraitement en place à froid des anciennes chaussées est une technique d'entretien et de réhabilitation des structures routières réalisée entièrement in situ à partir du gisement de matériaux que constitue l'ancienne chaussée. La méthode consiste, après avoir fragmenté l'ancienne chaussée et apporté éventuellement des granulats correcteurs et de l'eau, à traiter les matériaux à froid par un liant dans une machine mobile travaillant à l'avancement.
