A dedicated organizational unit through which services are provided to a singular client or a portfolio of clients. The CSUs are supported by COEs which act as stewards of skills and knowledge in RPS business lines and program management. COEs manage a resource pool that may dedicate people on a full time basis to a particular CSU or provide services from "home base" to a number of CSUs.
