The Business Intelligence Decision Support (BIDS) Program is an information Technology Branch (ITB) sponsored Agency-wide initiative to address the shortfalls in the current information delivery environment. The Program was initially launched in 2002 and in May 2004, the Agency's senior executives approved the Agency Data Warehouse (ADW) under the BIDS Program as the model for business intelligence and decision support in the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).

Le programme des Renseignements d'entreprise et aide à la décision (RE/AD) est une initiative à l'échelle de l'Agence, parrainée par la Direction générale de l'informatique (DGI), qui vise à traiter des lacunes dans l'environnement actuel de prestation de renseignements. Le programme a été lancé en 2002 et, en mai 2004, les cadres supérieurs de l'Agence ont approuvé l'Entrepôt de données de l'Agence (EDA), sous le programme des RE/AD, pour être le modèle pour les renseignements d'entreprise et l'aide à la décision à l'Agence du revenu du Canada (ARC).
