This project established a decentralized inventory of Aboriginal people for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to use for staffing summer, term and casual positions. The project also helped departmental employees become more aware of Aboriginal culture, and increased the interest of Aboriginal people in Citizenship and Immigration as an "employer of choice."
