As such, the commitment of [the] Local is threefold: to honour [its] Ancestors through the ongoing restoration of [its] collective history and culture; to continue building the capacity necessary for [it] to act on behalf of current and future members regarding existing and proposed industrial development in [its] traditional territories, and to persist in developing the necessary infrastructure that allows [it] to provide services to [its] members.
