La Campagne de mars de La Fondation canadienne du rein est devenue, depuis, la plus importante activité de collecte de fonds de l'organisme auprès du grand public. Chaque année, durant le mois de mars, plus de 8 000 bénévoles à travers le Québec sollicitent voisins, parents, amis et collègues de travail afin de recueillir des dons pour aider les personnes atteintes de maladie rénale.
