Mycosis fungoides (MF) is the most common subtype of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL). It is an indolent (slow growing) non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) that develops over many years or even decades. It accounts for around half of all skin lymphomas. Mycosis fungoides (MF) starts in the skin and tends to remain only in the skin. MF can appear as patches, plaques or tumours. MF often occurs in areas of the skin that are protected from the sun by clothing. 3, record 1, English, - mycosis%20fungoides

MF-CTCL is a disease of slow progression that is difficult to classify and often, in its early stages, presents a diagnostic challenge, as many of the signs and symptoms are non-specific or easy to confuse with other conditions. Consequently, many patients are misdiagnosed with other dermatological conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. 1, record 2, English, - mycosis%20fungoides%2Dtype%20cutaneous%20T%2Dcell%20lymphoma

Infection with [Aphanomyces] invadans is a seasonal epizootic condition of great importance in wild and farmed freshwater and estuarine fish. It has a complex infectious aetiology and is clinically characterised by the presence of invasive A. invadans infection and necrotising ulcerative lesions, typically leading to a granulomatous response. Infection with A. invadans is most commonly known as epizootic ulcerative syndrome (EUS). 4, record 7, English, - epizootic%20ulcerative%20syndrome
