Cette proposition est malaisée, vu que le sujet flotte on ne sait tro p où entre le "broadcasting", sur la définition de quoi les responsables savent que personne ne s'entend, et la communication, et vu que l'on ne sait absolument pas où l'on s'en ira dans ce domaine -- c'est justement ce qu'on veut établir. Il ne s'agit pas nécessairement rien que des nouveaux médias, mais aussi de toutes sortes d'autres choses, p. ex. comment employer les ressources technologiques dont disposent les radiodiffuseurs pour faire ce qui nécessite actuellement des moyens de communication beaucoup plus onéreux (p. ex. services de bases de données qui ne peuvent actuellement joindre 6 000 000 d'abonnés qu'en employant un grand nombre de lignes téléphoniques.
