The mission of the Osgoode Youth Association is to enrich the quality of life of young people, with emphasis of ages 12 to 18, living in the Osgoode Ward. O-YA is dedicated to harnessing the skills and resources of the community to deliver a rich variety of barrier free programs and services aimed at prevention, education, support, health and recreation.
