Human Resources Development Canada. As the baby boom generation reaches retirement age, the Government of Canada faces sharply increasing demand for services and information related to public pensions and income support. To manage this increased demand and ensure client expectations are met, this project will streamline and automate access to the three benefits within the Old Age Security program: the Old Age Security (OAS) pension, the Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS), and the Allowance.
