Starting in the year 2000, Citizenship and Immigration Canada is asking young people (ages 5-13) to participate in the Welcome Home Campaign. The Welcome Home Campaign is simply the creation of heartfelt messages of welcome for the thousands of newcomers who will be taking their oath of Canadian citizenship during the years 2000 and 2001.
