WESTARC (Western Training and Applied Research Centre) is a non-profit consulting group that concerns itself with the applied research, training and economic development needs of communities and organizations in western Canada. WESTARC provided project management, research, training and consultancy services to meet the needs of communities, businesses and organizations. WESTARC Group Inc., was a wholly owned subsidiary of Brandon University, which provided quality consulting services to public and private sector organizations and institutions from 1985 to 2001.
