The Working Group on Air-Sea Fluxes has been established jointly by the Joint Scientific Committee of the WCRP and the Scientific Committee on Ocean Research (SCOR) to foster inter-disciplinary consultations in the area of air-sea fluxes, to review the requirements of different scientific disciplines for surface flux data, and to compile a catalogue and assess the quality of available surface flux and flux-related data sets.
