OBS

The Yukon Historical and Museums Association was formed in 1977 to serve as an umbrella organization for Yukon museums and historical societies. Since its creation, the YHMA has been an active Yukon-wide society, cooperating with museums, governments, institutions, and the public to carry out its mandate, "to preserve, interpret and protect the Yukon's heritage resources."
