redifusión web; sindicación web :“web” se escribe en minúscula cuando se emplea como adjetivo, como en “página web”. En cuanto al número, es frecuente el plural invariable(sitios web).

Para muchas personas, una respuesta concisa sobre qué es la Web 2. 0 hace referencia a un grupo de tecnologías que se consideran profundamente asociadas con el término, los ya mencionados blogs, wikis, “podcasts”, sistemas de sindicación simple(RSS), etc. que facilitan una Web socialmente más conectada en la que cualquiera puede agregar o editar la información presentada.

Web 2.0: El Diccionario panhispánico de dudas, de la Real Academia Española, indica que “Web” se escribe con mayúscula cuando es sustantivo y hace referencia a la red mundial de comunicaciones. El género es femenino por analogía con la palabra “red”.
