An INCOTERM which indicates that the seller must deliver the goods to the railway depot or siding, place the goods on board a railway wagon. From that point, all risks and costs are for the buyer. [Klein, Gerald. Dictionary of Banking. Pitman Publishing, 1995].

Prices quoted on these terms include carriage only from the supplier's premises to the railway station from which the goods are to be despatched, the buyer having to pay the railway charges.
