1. A favor de los acreedores. Se conoce como tal la declaración unilateral efectuada por el propietario de una aeronave, mediante la cual renuncia a la propiedad de la misma en favor de sus acreedores y queda, a cambio, liberado de la responsabilidad civil que pudiera serle exigida por los daños causados en el ejercicio de la navegación aérea, siempre que no medie culpa por su parte. 2.
