The Shared Systems Support Centre (SSSC) was established in Consulting and Audit Canada (CAC), a PWGSC agency, to coordinate and manage the operations of the shared systems on behalf of the Treasury Board Secretariat. The TBS retained the policy and strategic direction functions for the IFMS and other shared systems. The SSSC in Consulting and Audit Canada: provides administrative support to the Cluster Application Managers (i.e. business applications managers); is the centre of expertise for the cluster and application support; administers the cluster's funds and contractual arrangements.

Le Centre d'appui aux systèmes partagés (CASP) a été établi au sein de Conseils et Vérification Canada (CVC), un organisme de TPSGC, pour coordonner et gérer le bon fonctionnement de ses systèmes pour le compte du Secrétariat du Conseil du Trésor. Le SCT s'est réservé les fonctions d'élaboration de politiques et d'orientations stratégiques pour le SIFM et d'autres systèmes partagés. Le CASP de Conseils et Vérification Canada ; assure un soutien administratif aux gestionnaires des applications dans les différentes grappes (c'est-à dire les gestionnaires des applications de gestion); sert de centre d'expertise en matière de soutien des grappes et des applications; administre les accords contractuels et financiers des grappes.
