The Aboriginal Human Resources Development Strategy (AHRDS) is a five-year, $1.6 billion strategy designed as a partnership between Aboriginal groups and HRDC. It assists Aboriginal people to prepare for, find and maintain employment and builds Aboriginal capacity for human resources development. La Stratégie de développement des ressources humaines autochtones est une stratégie quinquennale dotée d'un budget de 1,6 milliard de dollars. Elle prévoit la création de partenariats entre des groupes d'Autochtones et DRHC. Elle vise à aider les Autochtones à se préparer à travailler, puis à trouver et à conserver un emploi. Elle est également conçue pour accroître leur capacité de développement des ressources humaines.
