Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 DEF
A method of measuring quantity or flow of water by introducing a chemical solution of known concentration at a cross section upstream and then determining the degree of dilution of the solution at another cross section downstream. The method is sometimes used along mountain streams where current meters cannot be used and where measuring structures would be costly or difficult to erect. 1, record 1, English, - chemical%20gauging

3, record 1, French, - jaugeage%20chimique
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 OBS
2, record 1, French, - jaugeage%20chimique
