Mixing Layer Depth ... The mixing layer is the atmospheric zone near the surface where pollutants disperse rapidly. The depth of this layer depends on the temperature and on the stability of the atmosphere at low levels. Lower values of mixing layer depth indicate that the pollutants will be mixed in a smaller volume of air. 8, record 1, English, - mixed%20layer%20height
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 OBS
The mixing height is the depth of the unstable air in the boundary layer and is used for forecasting smoke or pollutant trajectories. 14, record 1, English, - mixed%20layer%20height

Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 CONT
2, record 1, French, - hauteur%20de%20la%20couche%20de%20m%C3%A9lange
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 OBS
