Livedo réalisant un réseau érythro-cyanotique avec coloration jaunâtre à la vitropression. Il reste localisé aux jambes et aux pieds ou s'étend aux membres supérieurs et plus rarement au tronc. Sur le réseau de livedo apparaissent des nodules de teinte violacée.

Le livedo recticularis est une érythrocyanose disposée en réseau comme les mailles d'un filet. S'il dessine des branches d'arbres ou de rameaux on l'appelle livedo racemosa.
