Esta información proviene principalmente de los sensores de percepción remota como también de los sistemas internos de telemetría y control del satélite. The active debris removal (ADR) concept has continuously evolved for the debris removal from the LEO [low Earth orbit] region. One of the evolving ADR methods is space robotics which has continuously matured over a couple of decades. In space robotics, the satellite system consists of a robotic arm mounted over it which can be called a debris chaser satellite. The main function of the debris chaser satellite is to chase, capture and de-orbit the space junk to a very low earth orbit.

Au cours d'une mission de retrait actif d'un débris spatial en orbite autour de la Terre, un engin spatial chasseur ou un satellite chasseur doit aller à la rencontre du débris de grande taille, par exemple un satellite cible, avec l'objectif de modifier son orbite soit pour une réentrée dans l'atmosphère ou un placement dans une orbite cimetière de ce dernier. Différentes techniques de capture de débris de grandes tailles ont été proposées et peuvent être classées en trois classes : une première classe dans laquelle un lien rigide entre le débris et l'engin chasseur est établi par exemple au travers de bras robotiques ou de mécanismes de saisie ou de prise; une deuxième classe dans laquelle un lien souple entre le débris et l'engin chasseur est mis en œuvre par exemple en utilisant des filets ou des harpons; une troisième classe, formée par des systèmes de capture sans contact de l'engin chasseur avec le débris et utilisant par exemple une projection de mousse ou un guidage par faisceau d'ions.

Le 7 février 1941, ce dernier déclare lors d'une conférence prononcée à l'École Libre des Sciences Politiques et intitulée «La lutte contre le chômage» que son objectif est de construire autour de Paris un certain nombre de villes-satellites qui peuvent être tracées dans les zones agricoles et qui permettront de donner aux ouvriers de ces zones une maison avec la terre et de leur faire retrouver le chemin de la patrie [...] les «villes-satellites», situées autour des noyaux urbains de la périphérie, doivent assurer un développement coordonné entre l'agglomération centrale et ses franges rurales, et surtout accueillir les nouveaux arrivants.

Les villes satellites se trouvent de 7 à 60 km du cœur de la ville, la rodoviaria, reliées par de véritables autoroutes à vitesse rapide sans points d'arrêt. Malgré ces grandes distances, le réseau actuel de transports en commun atteint la majorité des usagers dans un système de porte à porte reliant directement une ville satellite au Plan pilote sans arrêts sur le trajet.
