The Centre for Biologics Research (CBR) is responsible for conducting regulatory scientific research and biostatistics activities to ensure the quality, safety, and efficacy of biological and radiopharmaceutical drugs and other therapeutics and to provide response to emerging issues. The Centre provides specialized scientific knowledge and technical expertise for supporting effective decision-making by CPRA, CBE and CERB, coincident with current federal government priorities. In order to provide an understanding of the most recent scientific advances and issues, the Centre develops and maintains excellence via participation in internationally recognized, peer reviewed research, academic collaborations, international collaborations and joint research projects, and by building partnerships with other research and regulatory organizations in Canada and abroad. 1, record 1, English, - Centre%20for%20Biologics%20Research

Le Centre de recherche sur les produits biologiques(CRPB) est responsable des activités de réglementation de la recherche scientifique et de la biostatistique afin d’assurer la qualité, l'innocuité et l'efficacité des produits biologiques et radiopharmaceutiques et d’autres produits thérapeutiques et de donner suite aux questions nouvelles. Le Centre offre des connaissances scientifiques spécialisées et de l'expertise technique afin d’appuyer la prise de décisions efficaces par le CPAR, le CEPB et le CEPRB, et ce, conformément aux priorités actuelles du gouvernement fédéral. Afin de faire comprendre les tout derniers progrès et enjeux scientifiques, le Centre vise et atteint l'excellence grâce à sa participation à des travaux de recherche examinés par des pairs reconnus à l'échelle internationale, à des activités de collaboration avec diverses universités, à des activités de collaboration internationale et à des projets de recherche conjoints, et grâce à la création de partenariats avec d’autres organismes de recherche et de réglementation au Canada et à l'étranger. 1, record 1, French, - Centre%20de%20recherche%20sur%20les%20produits%20biologiques
