There is an increasing emphasis on correlating environmental impacts and health effects across Canada and therefore a need for a relational database containing water use data, accessible by governments and the public. The database consists of basic municipal population as well as water and sewage flow information from 1355 Canadian municipalities. It also includes simple raw data summations. Some water use groups, water treatment and wastewater treatment types, and effluent data are available as well. 1, record 1, English, - Municipal%20Water%20Use%20Database

1, record 1, French, - Base%20de%20l%27utilisation%20de%20l%27eau%20par%20les%20municipalit%C3%A9s
