A fyke net is a type of fish trap [that] consists of [a] long cylindrical netting bag[,] usually with several netting cones fitted inside the netting cylinder to make entry easy and exit difficult. This net is then mounted on rigid rings or other rigid framework and fixed on the sea bed by anchors, ballast or stakes. It also has wings or leaders to help guide the fish towards the entrance of the bag. They are commonly used in estuaries or inshore shallow water. 2, record 2, English, - fyke%20net

2, record 14, French, - g%C3%A9othermie%20profonde

Most commonly, Sedex deposits occur within rift-cover sequences as opposed to the rift-fill sequences ... The rift-cover sequence, which commonly consists of shallow water sedimentary facies, is deposited during the thermal subsidence of rift sag stage (of rifting) and covers both the buried site of the rift and its adjacent platformal shoulders. 1, record 28, English, - rift%2Dcover%20sequence

3, record 34, French, - %C3%A9coulement%20hypodermique
Record number: 34, Textual support number: 1 OBS

2, record 39, French, - spinner%20bait

the film balance, devised by Langmuir in 1917, is still the principal instrument used to study (monolaye) films. Essentially, it is a shallow trough filled with water on which the substance is spread. A bar or barrier can be pushed across the trough to compress the film. The surface pressure exerted by the film is measured by a sensitive floating, suspended balance. 1, record 41, English, - film%20balance

1, record 41, French, - balance%20%C3%A0%20films
