PWGSC [Public Works and Government Services Canada] provides office space in accordance with the Framework for Office Accommodation and Accommodation Services and the PWGSC Office Accommodation Allocation Limits appended to that document. Departments can develop MOA [Master Occupancy Agreements] with PWGSC which will then take precedence over the generic standards. This document describes the 4 GRPs [Generic Requirements Packages] which PWGSC developed to act as models for the more specific tenant requirements contained in the MOA. Four office types are described in this document: - General Administrative Offices primarily accommodate administrative and related functions (e.g. a headquarters or regional office facility); - Public Contact Offices accommodate functions primarily involved with providing services to the public (e.g. offices serving the public by phone, mail or in-person such as Employment Centres, Passport Offices); - Secure Administrative Offices: require enhanced levels of security (e.g. Parole Offices of Corrections Canada); - Quasi-judicial Offices: are facilities designated for adjudicative or legislative functions (e.g. Citizenship Court of Canada, offices for various tribunals and boards). 2, record 2, English, - Generic%20Requirement%20Packages
