1, record 1, French, - report%20du%20partage

[The] "cryo arms" support the upper umbilicals which supply the Ariane 6 upper stage with cryogenic top-up fuel, maintain the correct pressurisation of the upper stage tanks, cool the engines before ignition and generally keep the upper stage in an optimal condition right up to the point of liftoff. The same umbilicals allow the fuel to be drained safely if a launch is aborted. Each arm is 13 m [meters] long and weighs 20 tonnes. One arm supplies liquid hydrogen at -250 ºC, the other supplies liquid oxygen at -180 ºC. When Ariane 6 lifts off, these arms will disconnect from the rocket and then pivot away quickly in just 2.6 seconds to avoid interfering with the rocket's ascent. 3, record 4, English, - cryogenic%20arm

There is nothing inherently wrong with non-normal data; some traits simply do not follow a bell curve.

When a body or a system is in equilibrium, there is no net tendency to change. In mechanics, equilibrium has to do with the forces acting on a body. ... However, a state of equilibrium does not mean that no forces act on the body, but only that the forces are balanced. ... The stability of a body is a measure of its ability to return to a position of equilibrium after being disturbed. It depends on the shape of the body and the location of its center of gravity ... A body with a large flat base and a low center of gravity will be very stable, returning quickly to its position of equilibrium after being tipped. However, a body with a small base and high center of gravity will tend to topple if tipped and is thus less stable than the first body. A body balanced precariously on a point is in unstable equilibrium. Some bodies, such as a ball or a cone lying on its side, do not return to their original position of equilibrium when pushed, assuming instead a new position of equilibrium; these are said to be in neutral equilibrium. 1, record 56, English, - neutral%20equilibrium

Atoms or groups are selected from each set to define the torsion angle according to the following criteria: (1) if all the atoms or groups of a set are different, that one of each set that is preferred by the sequence rule (2) if one of a set is unique, that one; or (3) if all of a set are identical, that one which provides the smallest torsion angle. 2, record 65, English, - anticlinal%20conformation

The Marshall Plan, known officially following its enactment as the European Recovery Program (ERP), was the primary plan of the United States to promote the recovery of Europe and to advance American foreign and domestic economic policies after World War II. The initiative was named for United States Secretary of State George Marshall and was largely the creation of State Department officials, especially William L. Clayton and George F. Kennan. The reconstruction plan was developed at a meeting of the participating European States in July 1947. The Soviet Union and the states of Eastern Europe were invited, but Stalin saw the plan as a threat and did not allow the participation of any countries under Soviet control. The plan was in operation for four fiscal years beginning in July 1947. 4, record 79, English, - European%20Recovery%20Program
