power-on: is a situation when the pilot maintains the helicopter in a hover while in contact with the ground or other surface. Usually done when the landing surface needs to be tested before the pilot allows the full weight of the machine and passengers to rest on the surface. The power-on downwash is particularly strong and can be quite cold so wear proper protection. It is also quite loud so wear your headset or other hearing protection. [Environment Canada. 1, record 4, French, - prise%20de%20contact%20en%20vol%20stationnaire
Record number: 4, Textual support number: 2 OBS
1, record 4, French, - prise%20de%20contact%20en%20vol%20stationnaire

Installation of underground storage tank system ... The New Mexico Underground Storage Tank Regulations (USTR) require performance standards for new UST systems and upgrading older systems. These standards are aimed at prevention of releases due to structural failure, corrosion, spills and overfills as long as the UST system is used to store regulated substances. For new tanks four options exist: fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP); steel, if cathodically protected; a Steel-FRP composite; or metal with no corrosion protection of certain soil conditions exist. New piping that routinely contains product must also meet the requirements. Acceptable piping materials are FRP, cathodically protected steel (coated and anodes attached) or unprotected metal, if approved. 3, record 12, English, - underground%20storage%20tank

4, record 13, French, - v%C3%A9g%C3%A9tal%20en%20conteneur

Usage: strictly speaking the term "overhead" is a generic, i.e. it denotes any stroke, usually - but not always - a smash, executed like a serve by raising the racket above the head and swinging down hard. Some journalists are guided by this rule of thumb, however unreliable it may be: "If it is a hard stroke, use the term "smash" if it is a defensive stroke, use "overhead". However, the term "smash" more often than not can only denote the actual stroke, and not the result of the stroke, whereas the term "overhead" can denote either the stroke or the result. Consider the following phrases: "He frequently dumps overheads (and not: "to dump a smash") into the net; he hit a short overhead (and not: to hit a short smash). 6, record 15, English, - overhead%20smash
