The test involved randomly showing a patient words on a piece of card and asking the patient to say the first thing that comes to his mind upon seeing the word. Sometimes a patient would not be able to say anything upon seeing the word. He reasoned, after his experiments with his word-association test that our mind develops delayed or long reaction times to particular words. These words generally set off an unconscious emotion, feeling or memory - or a complex as Jung called it. 1, record 5, English, - Jung%20association%20test

Indicator of Change. The indicator is used to denote either (i) a biophysical component or variable which is monitored to detect change in that component or variable or (ii) a calculated index of the condition of all or part of an ecosystem. Such indicators are considered to be generally unrelated to the valued ecosystem components identified for the assessment. 1, record 9, French, - indicateur%20de%20changement
