CL began in 1954 in Italy, at the Berchet classical high school in Milan, when Father Luigi Giussani (1922-2005) started an initiative of Christian presence which uses the pre-existent name Gioventù Studentesca (GS; English: Student Youth). Its current name, Communion and Liberation (CL), appeared for the first time in 1969. This name brings together the conviction that the Christian event, lived in communion, is the foundation of man’s authentic liberation. ... Communion and Liberation is present today in roughly ninety countries on all the inhabited continents, and is guided by Father Julián Carrón, who succeeded Father Giussani after his death in 2005.

Il est créé en novembre 1954 pour obtenir de la France l'indépendance de l'Algérie. Le FLN et sa branche armée, l'ALN(Armée de libération nationale), commence alors la lutte armée, qui se traduit au début par des attentats ciblés. Par la suite, le mouvement s’organise et, en 1958, le FLN forme un gouvernement provisoire, le GPRA. C'est avec le GPRA que la France négocie en 1962 les accords d’Évian.

Lockout and tagging ensures that hazardous energy sources are under the control of each worker. Serious or fatal accidents can occur when people assume that machinery is turned off or made harmless but it isn't. Lockout is a procedure that prevents the release of hazardous energy. It often involves workers using a padlock to keep a switch in the "off" position, or to isolate the energy of moving parts. This prevents electric shock, sudden movement of components, chemical combustion, falling counterweights, and other actions that can endanger lives. Lockout is a physical way to ensure that the energy source is de-energized, deactivated, or otherwise inoperable.

Le cadenassage et l'étiquetage permettent à chaque ouvrier d’intervenir sur les sources d’énergie dangereuse. Le cadenassage consiste à prévenir la libération d’une énergie dangereuse. Pour ce faire, il faut souvent que les ouvriers maintiennent un interrupteur en position «OFF(ARRÊT) »au moyen d’un cadenas, ou isolent l'énergie des pièces en mouvement. Ces ouvriers préviennent ainsi le risque de choc électrique, de déplacement subit de pièces, de combustion chimique, de chute de contrepoids et d’autres situations qui peuvent mettre la vie en danger. Le cadenassage est une intervention mécanique permettant de neutraliser une source d’énergie en la désactivant, en la mettant hors tension ou par tout autre moyen.

This is a chemical reaction and only occurs at the surface of the coating. A special case of process lapse rate, defined as the rate of decrease of temperature with height of an air parcel lifted in a saturation-adiabatic process through an atmosphere in hydrostatic equilibrium.

So, if condensation is taking place, latent heat is being released to the surrounding air. So you have two opposing trends going on at the same time within this parcel of air. It's rising and cooling, but it's also condensing and being warmed. Which one will win out? That is, will the air get colder, or will it get warmer? Well, what happens is that the air will still cool off, but not as fast. If water vapor in the air is condensing, the adiabatic rate is less. The air is only cooling off at a rate of about 5 degrees C/1000 meters (3.3 deg per 1000 feet). This is called the Saturated adiabatic lapse rate (or the wet adiabatic lapse rate, or the moist adiabatic lapse rate, depending on the textbook you are using). The saturated lapse rate varies with the original temperature of the air parcel, but 5 degrees C/1000 meters is a commonly used value.

The pseudoadiabatic lapse rate is so close to the moist adiabatic lapse rate that meteorologists tend to ignore this difference and often refer to them synonymously. In fact, on adiabatic charts (or pseudoadiabatic charts), the moist adiabatic lapse rate lines are referred to interchangeably as moist, saturated, or pseudoadiabatic.
