[Dans] un système de deux cellules empilées mécaniquement, la première est une hétérojonction AlyGa1-yAs/GaAs à gradient de bande interdite et la deuxième est une structure MIS SnO2/SiO2/N-Si. Le système est à trois sorties de sorte qu'aucune adéquation des courants n’ est nécessaire. Un rendement de conversion global de 27, 99 % a été obtenu à température ambiante et sans concentration.
