L'objet de la photographie scientifique est l'étude, la recherche, le contrôle ou l'analyse de phénomènes dont on veut conserver l'aspect exact en un moment déterminé. It administers a database of spectrum activities, and collects and processes revenues from licensing operations. It also develops and manages the Spectrum Direct website and conducts research in support of alternative service delivery and revenue models.
