Il fournit des résultats beaucoup plus pertinents que le taux de clics global. Le taux de réactivité désigne quant à lui le rapport entre le nombre de clics distincts et l'estimation du nombre de messages ouverts multiplié par 100. Il sert à évaluer l'attractivité des liens apparaissant à l'ouverture d’un message.
