1, record 1, French, - patrimoine%20d%27affectation

In 1962 a fundamentally new mode of gas motion in the solar atmosphere was discovered (...). This mode was most visible as a horizontal motion organized in large cells with the gas velocity directed outward from the center of each cell at about 0.5 km/sec. (...) It was then hypothesized that these large cells were convective in nature, in the sense of hot gas rising at the center of a cell and cool gas falling at the periphery. The word "endogenous" was originally a botanical term ... Endogenous means originating on or growing within the side of something, as cells within the wall of the parent cell ... That's a good metaphor for economic or technological growth -- exogenous growth is growing like rings on a tree -- definitely not how an economy grows, or innovations develop. It's a view of society as a giant organism within which innovations develop randomly and irregularly, not in any planned manner. Endogenous growth theory simply means economic growth from within a system, usually a nation-state. 2, record 9, English, - endogenous%20growth%20theory

1, record 15, French, - analyses%20idiographiques
