... consists of switchable green taxiway centreline lighting with red stop bars between blocks. It is operated by a lighting controller who can use the computer-controlled switching system to set up predetermined routes across the airfield and to protect them with stop bars at intersections. Les chemins de roulement sont équipés d’une ligne axiale de feux verts commutables par tronçons. Un signal rouge transversal sépare chaque tronçon du suivant, l'ensemble du système étant commandé par un contrôleur de la signalisation lumineuse aidé d’un ordinateur de commutation. Les accès à la piste sont eux aussi protégés par une barre transversale rouge.
