Recipes for Organic Indigo Vats[.] Try different combinations or experiment with local plants and fruits. For example, we have found mixing two organic reducing agents, such as henna and fructose, gives a strong indigo vat. These vats give the best results if they are made the day before dyeing. ... Remember to cover your vat when not in use. These organic vats were originally developed by Michel Garcia, a botanist and dye chemist with a deep knowledge of how colour behaves on the molecular level. The recipes outlined here were developed by him to create efficient indigo vats using eco-friendly ingredients. 3, record 1, English, - dye%20chemist

4, record 6, French, - pesticide%20de%20synth%C3%A8se

Combustion Override Split Production Horizontal Well Process (COSH). The main feature of this process, developed by the Alberta Research Council (ARC), is implementation of gravity drainage using a basal horizontal well in a combustion process. The configuration of different wells is critical to the operation of this process. A linear configuration of vertical air injection wells is drilled and completed in the upper portion of the reservoir. A horizontal oil production well is completed in the bottom of the reservoir, aligned and positioned beneath the vertical injection wells. The reservoir is prepared for ignition and combustion is initiated at each of the injection wells. A hot fluid-transmissive chamber is formed around each of the injection wells as combustion proceeds. Combustion gas communication is established with the gas production wells. Heated oil and water, produced by the combustion front in each hot chamber, drains under the effect of gravity and is brought to the surface through the horizontal production well. 3, record 7, English, - combustion%20override%20split%20production%20horizontal%20well%20process

2, record 7, French, - combustion%20in%20situ%20avec%20puits%20de%20production%20horizontal

Most vinyl roofing membranes are sealed using hot air, which can be compared to welding metal. The process joins two rolls of membranes at the overlap areas (without using another dissimilar material) to create one monolithic layer that covers the entire roof. Pesticide biologique : Fait à partir d’organismes vivants.

4, record 15, French, - pesticide%20chimique

Seismic Monitoring of "Hot" and "Cold" Heavy Oil Production. ... The application of seismic monitoring for "cold flow" mapping is even more challenging. In "cold flow" heavy oil production of oil sands, we see the development of high porosity zones known as "wormholes". These high porosity zones are much smaller than a seismic wavelength so their detection will be extremely difficult. Nevertheless, it is interesting to speculate whether time-lapse seismology has a role to play in the reservoir characterization of "cold flow" as well as in steam injection. ... Emerging Interest in Seismic Monitoring of "Cold Flow" and "Wormholes". In addition to the production of heavy oil from the steam injection in Pikes Peak field, there is production from "cold flow" heavy oil fields in the surrounding areas. In the "cold flow" production process, oil and sand are simultaneously produced in unconsolidated heavy oil reservoirs by using non-thermal extraction. 2, record 17, English, - cold%20flow%20production
