Capteur inductif pour la mesure de déplacements linéaires.

Les inductosyns constituent la version technologique rectiligne du resolver. Le stator se présente comme une règle plate et le rotor comme un curseur. La précision, la fiabilité des inductosyns sont aussi élevées que leur prix.

CONT

Un inductosyn comprend deux parties : une échelle et un curseur, constitués de conducteurs électriques. Lorsque l'un de ces éléments est alimenté, il induit un courant dans l'autre élément, proportionnel à leur déplacement relatif. La réalisation de ces capteurs est relativement simple, puisqu'il s’agit d’une gravure du type circuits imprimés électroniques. Par rapport aux autres capteurs de déplacements linéaires, l'inductosyn se caractérise par une bonne précision et une bonne résolution, de l'ordre du micromètre. Il est donc utilisé dans les applications qui nécessitent des positionnements précis : machines-outils, chariots autoguidés, etc.
