Un UDID est une chaîne de 40 caractères attribuée à un appareil iOS(Apple). Il s’agit d’une chaîne alphanumérique(composée de lettres et de chiffres) unique. Tout comme l'adresse IP [protocole Internet], l'UDID peut révéler beaucoup d’information sur l'utilisateur d’un appareil si on le combine avec d’autres éléments d’information.
