One of Canadian Partnership Branch's main funding windows is its Non-governmental Organization (NGO) Division. Support to Cuba by the NGO Division was initially focused through the Canada-Cuba Inter-Agency Project (CCIP) led by OXFAM Canada. This project has strenghtened cooperation between Canadian and Cuban NGOs and led to the Development of a "Statement of Principles" for Canadian and Cuban NGO collaboration on projects in Cuba.
