Smart Options is a joint partnership of and created by Youth Employment Strategy and National Life/Work Centre. Smart Options is a new (2000) career development program based on Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligence and Thomas Armstrong's popularization of the concept. Created by Baran & Baran for students in grades 7 and 8, the program gives young people a richer understanding of themselves and shows them how they can use that knowledge to carve out more meaningful lives and careers. Smart Options, available in both English and French, requires between 4 and 6 hours of classroom time, although additional time, if available, can be devoted to exercises and activities. 1, record 2, English, - Smart%20Options

Intelli-Options est un partenariat commun et créé par la Stratégie emploi jeunesse et Centre national en vie-carrière. Intelli-Options est un nouveau programme de développement de carrière s’inspirant de la théorie d’intelligences multiples de Howard Gardner, rendue populaire par Thomas Armstrong. Conçu pour les élèves de 7e et 8e année par Baran & Baran, le programme permet aux jeunes d’apprendre à mieux se connaître et leur montre comment ils peuvent utiliser cette connaissance pour se tailler une carrière et une vie significatives. Intelli-Options est disponible en français et en anglais et nécessite de quatre à six heures de temps en classe.
