... a convention whereby two units (general government or credit institutions) agree, at the request of one of them, to exchange the national currency of the unit requesting the swap for foreign currency at an agreed rate of exchange and at the same time of repayment for the reverse transaction to take place at a previously agreed rate of exchange.

The Finance Ministry of Greece has confirmed plans to bring back Xysto, a widely popular instant lottery that was suspended in 2003 when a tender to renew its contract award stalled.

Loto-Québec introduces 20 to 25 new scratch lotteries per year - a rate of about two per month -- and there is always a selection of about 10 different instant lotteries available at any given time.

Il s’agit soit de gratter une ou plusieurs cases; soit de décacheter le billet en entier ou en partie à la recherche de cases identiques ou complémentaires; soit de vérifier si le numéro sous scellé du billet acheté correspond au numéro de la semaine. «Loterie instantanée» est un terme utilisé par Loto-Québec pour ce genre de loterie; le type de billet le plus populaire est encore le «gratteux».
