A test which determines if there exists irritation or compression of nerve root, dural root sleeve fibrosis or adhesions, foraminal encroachment, or adjacent joint capsule thickening and adhesions. The examiner stands beside the patient who tilts the head to one side. With one of the examiner's hands on the patient's shoulder and the other hand on the patient's head, the examiner exerts downward pressure on the patient's shoulder and lateral flexion pressure on the patient's head in the opposite direction. This test places a tug on the nerve roots; with root sleeve fibrosis, foraminal osteophytes, or adhesions, radicular pain or paresthesias often result. 2, record 5, English, - shoulder%20depression%20test

Advanced Fuel Fabrication and Refabrication. Current preparation of conventional pelletized reactor fuels for LWRs [light water reactor] and fast reactors requires grinding the pellets to achieve a specified size and shape. 2, record 9, French, - zone%20convexe

...it has long been known that to compress air to high pressures a staged process should be used, compressing air to first 50 bars, then to 150 bars then three hundred and so on. This technique, commonly employed by the air and gas liquefaction industries, uses a fraction of the energy used to compress the gas in one operation. The secret of the compressed air motor is simply to reverse the process - decompress the air in stages and in so doing efficiently release energy at each point in the chain. 2, record 10, English, - compressed%2Dair%20engine

1, record 10, French, - moteur%20%C3%A0%20air%20comprim%C3%A9
