An accretionary body in a sedimentary rock, resembling a pea in size and shape, and constituting one of the grains that make up a pisolite. 2, record 1, English, - pisolith
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 CONT
In chemically formed sediments, small pinhead-sized, rounded concretions of precipitated material sometimes occur. These are called ooliths, or pisoliths if their size is larger (about the size of a pea). 3, record 1, English, - pisolith
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 OBS
A pisolith is larger and less regular in form than an oölith, although it has the same concentric and radial internal structure. 2, record 1, English, - pisolith

Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 CONT
4, record 1, French, - pisolite
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 2 CONT

1, record 3, French, - zone%20c%C3%B4ti%C3%A8re%20en%20arri%C3%A8re%20du%20r%C3%A9cif
