The air quality health index or "AQHI" is a scale designed to help you understand what the air quality around you means to your health. ... The AQHI communicates four primary things: 1. A number from 1 and 10+ indicating the quality of the air. The higher the number, the greater the health risk associated with the air quality. When the amount of air pollution is very high, the number will be reported as 10+. 2. A category that describes the level of health risk associated with the index reading (e.g. Low, Moderate, High, or Very High Health Risk). 3. Health messages customized to each category for both the general population and the 'at risk' population. 4. A voluntary logbook program was initiated by DFO [Fisheries and Oceans Canada] Science Branch in 1993. Volunteer fishermen record their daily fishing activities including: catch by category (canner and market), number of traps hauled, and the number of soak days. The program has provided daily catch and effort information for approximately 2% of the fishing activity within LFA 25. Participants were located throughout the LFA. Lobsters in LFA 25 are in the canner size category for approximately one molt before growing into market size, therefore the ratio of canner: market can be used as the indicator relative survival after the first year in the fishery. The data showed the same declining trends observed with other indicators for canner and market size lobsters.

3, record 31, French, - huile%20d%26rsquo%3Bolive%20vierge

A wide variety of chemicals could have applications as non-lethal weapons. One variety falls into the category of anti-traction agents and consists of slippery foams and lubricants or super-adhesives that would render roads and runways unusable. Another application is in an anti-personnel device that squirts a jet of foam that turns into a toffee-like glue on contact with air. These could be used to immobilise a person or to create a barrier - perhaps treated with an irritant such as pepper spray that would only affect anyone trying to penetrate the barrier. 2, record 35, English, - super%2Dadhesive

The definition of rock from an engineering or functional viewpoint is complicated by structures and defects. A rock that is hard but fractured may be easier to excavate than a softer but more coherent material. Although the fractured rock is easier to excavate, it may require bracing to support it in a deep excavation, whereas the soft rock may stand without support. 2, record 50, English, - soft%20rock

An imprecise term used to denote materials that are more coherent than soils, yet are less coherent than many rocks. Two empirical definitions are that a soft rock does not need to be excavated by blasting, and that a soft rock has an unconfined compressive strength of between 400 and 1000 kN/m². It may be noted that to the geologist all sedimentary rocks are termed soft rocks, which may lead to confusion in an engineering context, since many sedimentary rocks cannot be excavated mechanically. 3, record 50, English, - soft%20rock

Ordre structurel. 2, record 90, French, - substance%20d%C3%A9sordonn%C3%A9e

AOSCA in the USA recognizes: Breeder's, Foundation, Registered, Certified; while Canada interjects a Select stage between the first two.
