Through 14 offices in Asia Pacific and Latin America, the Canadian Education Centre Network (CECN) promotes and markets Canada as a destination for international students as well as a source of international corporate and group training. The CEC Network is based in Vancouver and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada. It is run in partnership with the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, the Canadian International Development Agency, and Citizenship and Immigration Canada. Canadian education exporters can use CECN services on a subscription and/or fee-for-service basis.
