El hachís se elabora prensando la resina de la planta cannabis hembra. Como este vegetal concentra sus ingredientes activos precisamente en la resina, el contenido de THC (tetrahidrocanabinol) de una dosis de hachís es superior al de una de marihuana sin procesar, que se sitúa en poco más de un 10%, mientras que el aceite de cannabis o de hachís, que se obtiene mezclando la resina de la planta con algún disolvente como acetona, alcohol o gasolina y evaporando cierta parte de ello, da lugar a una mezcla viscosa cuyas proporciones de THC son muy elevadas (hasta un 50%). 1, record 3, Spanish, - hach%C3%ADs
