CHRONOAMPEROMETRIE [2 records]

Record 1 2024-10-01

English

Subject field(s)
  • Electrochemistry
CONT

Chronoamperometry involves the study of the variation of the current response with time under potentiostatic control. Generally, the working electrode is stepped from a potential at which there is no electrode reaction to one corresponding to the mass-transport-limited current, and the resulting current–time transient is recorded.

Key term(s)
  • chrono-amperometry

French

Domaine(s)
  • Électrochimie
DEF

Record 2 2024-10-01

English

Subject field(s)
  • Electrochemistry
CONT

Chronocoulometry is similar to chronoamperometry except that the current is integrated and the variation of charge with time is studied.

Key term(s)
  • chrono-coulometry

French

Domaine(s)
  • Électrochimie
DEF
